您好:先生/小姐,
根據我們剛才電話確認,非常感謝貴工廠接受Disney的審核和對此次不通知審核相關要求的理解!
Due to unannounced audit, the audit will be arranged any working day from 12/2/213 on without any further notification.因為此次審核為不通知審核,審核時間:是從2013年11月2日開始(含11/2/213在內)的任何一個工作日,由我們公司隨機安排審核員去您工廠進行現場審核。
As per your confirmation on the phone, Your factory accepted any working day of the audit, there will be no any inconvenience time for your factory to accept this unannounced audit any time.您電話中確認,您工廠接受不預先通知的審核時間,也沒有不方便的時間需要我們提前避開。審核人員將隨時到達貴工廠,而我們也將不再另行通知!
Therefore, If any reason result in an Access Denied on-site, it will influence the relationship between your factory and Disney on some level.如果審核當天,因您工廠原因(負責人不在、外出,停電,調休,特殊假期安排,搬遷等等)導致審核無法進行,則會影響您和DISNEY公司后續的合作關系。

目前此家工廠處于正常生產狀態,(工廠是生產實體,而非貿易公司/辦公室/商鋪等非生產實體);

2)factory has no plans to re-location:工廠近期內無任何搬遷計劃;
3)The audit will be conducted unannounced and 12 months of wage & hour records and facility documentation must be available for the auditors to review the day of the audit.
If your factory is newly established, please make sure factory can provide at least 3 months payroll, work time & production record on audit date..審核當天需要提供最近12月的工資工時記錄,如工廠新成立,請確保驗廠之日,工廠能提供最少3個月工資工時考勤記錄!
